2007 Staff Commitment Contract

This form constitutes a binding contract between WHIZRESOURCES, LTD., a Texas limited partnership (“WRL”) and your camp (at times “you” or “Camp”). The following terms and conditions apply to all WRL Participants who will be placed at and employed by your camp (herein “Participants”) for the 2007 summer camping season under the camp placement program administered by WRL.

Camp hereby requests that WRL provide the following staff for Camp’s 2007 summer session and WRL agrees to provide such staff in accordance with 2007 Letter of Agreement with camp and applicable 2007 Program Fee Schedule as provided in 2007 Letter of Agreement:

Male Counselors Equestrian Specialists
Lead Male Counselors Art Specialists
Female Counselors Music / Drama Specialists
Lead Female Counselors Day Camp Specialists
Nurses (RN or LPN) Sports & Games Specialists
Lifeguards / Aquatics Specialists ROPES / Challenge Course Specialists
Other Staff as follows:



Prior to completing this 2007 Staff Commitment Contract, contact WRL to receive the 2007 Letter of Agreement. The 2007 Letter of Agreement provides specific terms of the service, including salaries and fees, but does not commit the Camp to a specific number of staff positions that WRL will work to place at Camp.
